Third Space Kitchen Employee Notifications

Consent Disclosure

By opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive work schedule notifications from Third Space Kitchen via SMS.

This includes shift confirmations, schedule changes, coverage requests, and time clock reminders. Message frequency varies (typically 1-10 messages per week). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt-out anytime.

How to Opt In

Employees can opt in to receive SMS notifications through the Employee Portal:

  1. Log in to the Employee Portal at youreventlist.com/employee_portal
  2. Navigate to Contact Details
  3. Enter your mobile phone number
  4. Click the "Opt In" button next to SMS Notifications
  5. Review and acknowledge the consent disclosure
Important: SMS opt-in is voluntary. You can continue to receive shift notifications via email only if you prefer not to receive SMS messages.

Types of Messages

You may receive the following types of SMS notifications:

Shift Assignments

Notifications when you're assigned to a new event with details and confirmation request.

Shift Reminders

Reminders before your scheduled shifts (24 hours and 2 hours before).

Coverage Requests

Urgent notifications when coverage is needed for upcoming events.

Time Clock Reminders

Reminders to clock in/out for your shifts.

Schedule Updates

Notifications about changes to your scheduled shifts.

Sample Messages

You're scheduled to work at KPMG Corporate Dinner on Nov 15 at 6:00 PM. Reply YES to confirm or NO to decline.
Reminder: Your shift at Third Space Kitchen starts in 2 hours. Event: Private Cooking Class for 12 guests.
Urgent: Need coverage for tomorrow's catering event. Contact Chris if available. Reply YES if interested.
Schedule update: Your shift time has changed to 5:30 PM (30 min earlier). Reply HELP for questions.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS notifications at any time using any of these methods:

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS notifications. You can opt back in at any time by texting START or visiting your Contact Details page.
